All products offered by stellarudol are handmade. Each piece is created individually and may show natural variations in texture, color, stitching, or finish. These variations are part of the handmade and wabi-sabi character of the product and do not constitute defects.
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on your screen or device settings.
Product descriptions and availability may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at our discretion.

Once an order has been carefully packaged and handed over to the shipping carrier, risk of loss and damage passes to the customer in accordance with Swiss law.
We document items before shipment and pack them with care. If a shipment is damaged in transit, we will assist you in contacting the carrier where possible.
