Shipping Terms

1. Shipping & Delivery Times

We carefully package all handmade items before shipping. Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Shipping times depend on your location: Switzerland: ~2–5 business days, EU: ~5–10 business days, USA & Asia: ~10–20 business days. Delays can occur due to customs, carriers, or events beyond our control.

 

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are not included in the product price. Any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country are your responsibility.


3. Risk of Loss

Once we hand your order to the shipping carrier, risk of loss and damage passes to the customer. We document each item with photographs before shipping. If your item is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We will assist with filing a claim.


4. Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Handmade items may take additional time. A confirmation email is sent once your order is shipped.


5. Tracking

Where available, tracking numbers are provided via email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear online.


6. International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Local customs rules, duties, and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.


7. Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for carrier delays or loss, but we will assist you. For damaged shipments, contact us within 7 days with photos. Confirmed damages may be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
